If item shows as "On Hold" is it NOT available for sale

I'm on Vacation and store is "On Hold"
The item will either be relist for purchase, if payment is not received within 7 days, deleted form my inventory once it is delivered, or will be reopened once I get back.
When can I expect item to be shipped?
Items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.
I only ship M-F. Items purchased on Friday will ship Monday. All items are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service with tracking.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, however the item must be returned to me with 7 days of receipt, and in the same condition it was shipped, (new with tag, new in package, ect...) I keep all my delivery conformation slips, and will check the date of delivery.
Buyer pays return shipping unless I have misrepresented item.
If you are purchasing clothing/shoes you need to make sure that it is you size. If it is a gift, it is up to know that it is the right size.
Refunds will NOT be issued until I have received, and inspected the item.
How do I leave feedback?
You should receive a message for either PayPal or Google, once you make payment, asking you to rate the seller.
I will always strive to maintain positive feedback by making customers happy. If for any reason you are NOT happy, or there is a problem, PLEASE just contact me, your email will NOT go unanswered. I will usually answer within 24 hours.
